I got my ISBN numbers, and set up the book on Amazon. Within two days, it’ll be available in print as well as an e-book. Prices will be $15 for the printed version and $0.99 for the Kindle e-book version. I wish I could lower the printed version price more, but it’s a 400-page 5.25″x8″ …
